How to apply for a company account:

  1. Click on the Apply Now button above
  2. Review the Company Policy page
  3. Click the Application button
  4. Enter the required company and representative contact information
  5. Place the mouse cursor over form fields for tool tips on completing the form
  6. Press the Submit Application Button
  7. Missing required fields will be highlighted
  8. Enter any missing information and click the Submit Application button again
  9. Universal Abilities will review the company application
  10. The registered company representative will then be contacted by Universal Abilities
  11. The company representative may then log in to the website and use account services
